Use of cookies

1) Bosch cookies

The EasyControl website uses cookies and active components (e.g. JavaScript), to track visitor preferences and to create and optimum design for the websites accordingly. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer whenever you visit our website. You can delete these cookies at any time if you want. But if you do so, certain functions may no longer be available. For information on deleting cookies, please consult your browser's help function. By using this website, you provide your consent to the use of cookies.

2) Third party cookies

Some Bosch websites offer contents and services of other providers (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) which do use cookies and active components. Bosch has no control over the processing of personal data by such providers. Please consult the websites of the provider concerned to find out how your data is handled.

3) Use of nugg.ad cookies

The data that controls the fade-in of adverts is measured on this website using technology provided by nugg.ad AG (www.nugg.ad). To do so, nugg.ad saves the frequency at which you use different web page-related topics in cookies. These cookies are stored in the browser of your end device (e.g. PC, Laptop, SmartPhone, etc.) for a maximum period of 26 weeks. nugg.ad technology can also use the basic information on your Internet use, also across web pages, to establish roughly which advertising you are most likely to be interested in.

If you are interested in seeing adverts on Internet pages corresponding to your fields of interest, you can provide your consent (opt-in) to continued theme-based analysis of your user behaviour. If you provide consent, this opt-in cookie is also stored in the browser of your end device. The storage period is 1 year. If nugg.ad has saved information in cookies that are already set in the browser of your end device and the opt-in cookie is set, this has the following effect: by providing your consent, the lifetime of the cookie already set by nugg.ad is extended to 1 year in total (calculated from the time the cookie is set). The information saved before opting in for cookies is therefore retained once you have provided your consent and is then deleted when the cookie expires, and consequently after 1 year at the most has passed,

You are entitled at any time to prevent recording of measured data by the nugg.ad system by opting out. Once you have provided your consent, you can also withdraw it with future effect at any time. An opt-out is also stored in a cookie in the end device, has a lifetime of 10 years, carries the name "nuggstopp" and is set by "nuggad.net".

For more information on data privacy at nugg.ad visit the page http://adchoices. nuggad.net. Here, you can see an analysis of your interests based on your previous surfing behaviour on the theme monitor.

I do not wish nugg.ad to analyse my surfing behaviour on Internet pages. This opt out will be stored via a cookie in my browser and has a lifetime of 10 years.

I would like to continue receiving adverts that are relevant to me and agree to theme-based analysis of my surfing behaviour by nugg.ad. The consent (opt-in) lasts for one year only.

Please note: The cookie must not be deleted while the opt-out for recording of measured data applies. If you delete all your cookies in the browser, you must repeat the procedure.

Use of the web analysis tool Google Analytics (will be with WebTrans)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). There is a contract between Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH, Junkers Deutschland, and Google Inc. for contract data processing as required by § 11 BDSG (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, Federal Data Protection Act). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow the way in which you use the website to be analysed. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is then stored. If your IP address is anonymised on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google before being transferred; this applies to member states of the European Union and other contract states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the entire IP address transferred to the Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to create reports on website activities and to provide further services linked to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transferred by Google Analytics from your browser is not combined with other data from Google. You can prevent cookies being stored by making the appropriate setting in your browser software; we would, however, point out that if you do so, certain functions of this website may not work to their full extent. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) being saved, as well as the processing of such data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Download Browser-Plugin.

Alternatively, you can click on the following link: Deactivate Google Analytics.
